Commercial HVAC Repairs in Griffin, GA

When the System’s Down, Every Hour Counts. We Fix It Right — and Fast.

Wright Brothers

In commercial buildings, HVAC failures aren’t just inconvenient — they’re costly. Whether you’re managing tenant comfort, protecting equipment, or supporting production processes, you need systems that work and a service team that doesn’t leave you waiting.

Wright Brothers Inc. delivers responsive, detail-driven commercial HVAC repair services designed to minimize downtime and restore full system performance quickly. We work with property managers, general contractors, plant engineers, and municipal maintenance teams across Georgia to resolve issues with rooftop units, ductless splits, VRF systems, and other large-scale HVAC infrastructure — with speed, clarity, and technical precision.

Real Repairs, Not Temporary Fixes

Commercial HVAC repair isn’t about guesswork. It’s about diagnosing the actual failure point, understanding the system context, and delivering a repair that holds under load. Our technicians are trained to do more than just replace parts — they identify root causes, inspect for related wear, and confirm system performance before closing out the job.

We service:

  • Rooftop package units (RTUs)
  • Split systems and ductless configurations
  • Multi-zone VRF/VRV networks
  • Economizers, heat recovery systems, and ERVs
  • Commercial air handlers and control-integrated systems

If your unit is short-cycling, leaking refrigerant, tripping on high pressure, or simply failing to meet the demand it once did, we can isolate the issue and correct it — often within a single visit. And if the system requires more complex intervention, we’ll give you a clear recommendation, cost forecast, and timeline to get things back online without delay.

Diagnosed in the Field, Documented at Every Step

When you call Wright Brothers for a repair, you don’t just get a truck — you get a technician who comes in prepared, with a detailed approach to troubleshooting and a clear eye for system-wide impacts. That includes:

  • Verifying electrical integrity and control sequences
  • Performing refrigerant circuit diagnostics using high-accuracy gauges and leak detection
  • Evaluating airflow conditions and coil cleanliness
  • Checking for compressor overload, solenoid valve faults, and TXV flow issues
  • Resetting and verifying system operation post-repair

Our team carries the tools, training, and authority to make on-the-spot decisions. No waiting on a supervisor to weigh in. No delays from unclear next steps. We prioritize getting your building functional again with minimal disruption.

After each repair, we provide a clear report outlining what was done, why, and what to watch for — so your team stays informed and can plan accordingly.

OUR Process

Every service begins with a site assessment — not just to scope the work, but to understand the environment it’s happening in. Access. Downtime windows. Crane or rigging requirements. Electrical capacity. Control integrations. All of it.

We coordinate seamlessly with electrical teams, building controls vendors, and rigging companies to make sure a system replacement doesn’t stall out waiting for a missing part or unplanned disconnect.

Crews are sized appropriately for the job, from solo diagnostics to multi-technician installations. Our lead techs carry the certifications and the experience to not only execute but troubleshoot mid-job, without calling in backup.

Documentation follows every service, and if a follow-up is required, it’s already scheduled before we leave.

SANY America – Rooftop Package Unit Replacement (2024)

Replaced a commercial rooftop unit with full coordination across trades. Worked directly with Bill Roberts Electrical for disconnect/reconnect, and Heaton Erecting for lift and placement. The project also involved control system tie-in via Ed Schoen Controls to ensure the new unit operated seamlessly with existing site protocols.

City of Griffin – Spring Preventive Maintenance (2024)

Seasonal HVAC inspections and filter changes across municipal properties. Our approach includes coil inspection, airflow measurement, and early-fault identification — helping the city keep aging systems efficient and extend equipment lifespan with proactive service.

UGA – Melton Building Unit Service (2014)

Initially called in to move a unit for a roof project. On-site, we diagnosed and repaired a refrigerant leak, replaced a failed solenoid coil, cleaned clogged condenser coils, and recommissioned the system. Full capacity restored same day. Minimal disruption to project sequencing.

Private Commercial – VRV Retrofit & Training Sync (2023)

Replaced a removed ERV with a ductless mini-split to restore local cooling. Installed hail guard on an exposed VRV system. Scheduled all work to coincide with the client’s in-house training event — executing a complete retrofit and protective upgrade in one coordinated visit.

Why Contractors, PMs, and Facility Teams Call Wright Brothers

The reason our repair calls turn into long-term service relationships is simple: we don’t leave jobs half done, and we don’t make problems bigger than they are. Our team is trained to deliver the kind of clarity and follow-through that commercial clients depend on.

That includes:

  • Respect for your time and your building
  • Clear, honest assessments with full documentation
  • Solutions that are based on actual system conditions, not guesswork
  • A repair process that leaves the system running — not just reset

When you’re dealing with an HVAC system that serves dozens (or hundreds) of people, reliability matters. And that starts with who you trust to fix the equipment.
