Commercial HVAC Services in Griffin, GA

Precision Work, Practical Expertise, and Systems That Just Work

Wright Brothers

The demands of commercial HVAC aren't theoretical — they're operational. If airflow fails, production slows. If the rooftop unit shorts, tenants call. If the system’s down, your building is vulnerable.

At Wright Brothers Inc., we handle HVAC as part of the larger infrastructure puzzle — where every piece has to fit, function, and last. Since 1970, we've delivered commercial heating and cooling solutions that stand up to real-world conditions, from logistics and scheduling to diagnostics and long-term performance.

HVAC for Real Buildings, Not Just Blueprints

There’s no such thing as a generic commercial system — each job carries its own conditions, constraints, and variables. We work on systems built to serve hundreds of occupants or thousands of square feet, often with aging components, limited access, or site restrictions.

We service and install RTUs, ductless split systems, VRV/VRF networks, economizers, ERVs, air handlers, and custom zoning solutions. What ties them together is our ability to work within existing infrastructure, adapt to field realities, and maintain performance over time.

When a system shows signs of strain — refrigerant imbalances, circuit faults, high head pressure, loss of airflow — we treat it like the critical asset it is. Technicians are trained to read and interpret the problem, not just swap parts until the alarms stop.

Built for the People Who Keep Operations Moving

Our clients don’t need explanations of how HVAC works — they need to know when, how, and who is going to make it work again.

We support contractors managing large-scope jobs, coordinating with multiple trades to execute replacements or relocations without disrupting timelines.

We work with property and facility managers responsible for uptime, helping them avoid service disruptions through preventative maintenance and strategic retrofits.

We support institutional and municipal operations, where systems must meet both performance and compliance standards — and vendors are expected to be self-managed, insured, and site-ready.

In all cases, we come prepared: with clear scheduling, project managers who know how to communicate with other trades, and technicians who are field-trained for commercial work — not just residential systems scaled up.

OUR Process

Every service begins with a site assessment — not just to scope the work, but to understand the environment it’s happening in. Access. Downtime windows. Crane or rigging requirements. Electrical capacity. Control integrations. All of it.

We coordinate seamlessly with electrical teams, building controls vendors, and rigging companies to make sure a system replacement doesn’t stall out waiting for a missing part or unplanned disconnect.

Crews are sized appropriately for the job, from solo diagnostics to multi-technician installations. Our lead techs carry the certifications and the experience to not only execute but troubleshoot mid-job, without calling in backup.

Documentation follows every service, and if a follow-up is required, it’s already scheduled before we leave.

SANY America – Rooftop Package Unit Replacement (2024)

Replaced a commercial rooftop unit with full coordination across trades. Worked directly with Bill Roberts Electrical for disconnect/reconnect, and Heaton Erecting for lift and placement. The project also involved control system tie-in via Ed Schoen Controls to ensure the new unit operated seamlessly with existing site protocols.

City of Griffin – Spring Preventive Maintenance (2024)

Seasonal HVAC inspections and filter changes across municipal properties. Our approach includes coil inspection, airflow measurement, and early-fault identification — helping the city keep aging systems efficient and extend equipment lifespan with proactive service.

UGA – Melton Building Unit Service (2014)

Initially called in to move a unit for a roof project. On-site, we diagnosed and repaired a refrigerant leak, replaced a failed solenoid coil, cleaned clogged condenser coils, and recommissioned the system. Full capacity restored same day. Minimal disruption to project sequencing.

Private Commercial – VRV Retrofit & Training Sync (2023)

Replaced a removed ERV with a ductless mini-split to restore local cooling. Installed hail guard on an exposed VRV system. Scheduled all work to coincide with the client’s in-house training event — executing a complete retrofit and protective upgrade in one coordinated visit.

What Sets Our Work Apart

We understand the job beyond the system. It's not just about getting the cooling back online — it's about doing it without interfering with operations, blowing the budget, or creating risk.

Our techs know how to work on active job sites, in operational buildings, and under tight schedules. Every one of our crews is briefed before the job, OSHA-aware, and supported by leadership that’s available on-call when things change.

We maintain long-standing relationships with crane operators, controls vendors, and electrical teams — allowing us to move quickly and execute thoroughly without handoffs that slow things down.

And we don’t leave things halfway. From cleaning debris-clogged coils to confirming TXV flow post-repair, every job ends with a full operational review.
