What We Service
We support a wide range of refrigeration systems, configurations, and environments. That includes everything from single-point failures to full system recoveries.
Our refrigeration service includes:
- Walk-in coolers and freezers (indoor/outdoor)
- Reach-in and display cases (horizontal and vertical, medium- and low-temp)
- Parallel rack systems with EEV, hot gas, and liquid injection controls
- Evaporator fan and coil packages
- Remote condensing units and split systems
- Ice machines (cube, flake, nugget)
- Refrigerated prep lines and undercounter units
- Defrost control systems (mechanical, electronic, adaptive)
- Refrigerant leak detection and charge balancing
We routinely work with equipment from:
- Carlyle, Heatcraft, Copeland, Hussmann, Trenton, Manitowoc, Bohn, True, and Hillphoenix
- Control systems including KE2 Therm, Emerson E2, Danfoss AK/MCX, and Carel
- Compressor platforms such as Copeland Scroll, Bitzer semi-hermetic, and Tecumseh
Real-World, Field-Ready Refrigeration Repair
Refrigeration issues often present with a single symptom — rising case temps, a failed defrost, or a hard start on a compressor. But the real problem could lie in the pressure balance, fan motor control, a sensor calibration drift, or even an oversized TXV. That’s why we never treat symptoms in isolation.
Each service call includes a full diagnostic sweep:
- Suction and discharge pressure monitoring
- Temperature differential and coil performance check
- Defrost timer logic and probe calibration
- Evaporator fan inspection and amp draw
- Condenser airflow and system head pressure review
- Control interface diagnostics and alarm log analysis
If product temperature is climbing or storage thresholds are being breached, we work fast to stabilize the system while planning a full repair or replacement.
